What is MemberAssist?

MemberAssist is a new concierge service provided to Columbia Teachers Association members. MemberAssist offers members a personal assistant-style service to help with everyday tasks while providing centralized access to all benefits from their Local, FEA, NEA, AFT, Creative Benefits, and school district.

MemberAssist, powered by Overalls, helps members manage everyday tasks—saving time and reducing stress. From finding a contractor, and scheduling appointments, to arranging elder care — Members submit a request, and Overalls handles the rest.

How It Works

• Submit a Request: Via app, text, email, or phone—ask for anything from auto help to vacation planning.

• We Take Over: Real U.S.-based experts (not bots!) do the research, make calls, and schedule what’s needed.

• Done for You: Updates are provided throughout. Overalls ensures it’s completed—professionally & confidently.
