• Reading Endorsement: Through FEA's "Train the Trainer" program, CTA members were able to become experts who provided Reading courses to CTA members. These courses enabled members to gain their Reading Endorsement.

• ESE 40-Hour Course: Through FEA's "Train the Trainer," we now have ESE Trainers who can provide the courses for our members to earn their ESE 40-hour points for recertification.

• New Teacher Support: Our new support program for new teachers will provide workshops to help educators survive their first year of teaching.
